PROFILE -- STEVEN E. BRUNETTE
Steven E. Brunette is a seasoned food and commercial law business attorney with over thirty years experience
representing Fortune 100 Companies, mid-Market & pre-IPO domestic and international foods and functional foods, food
ingredient and related companies. Employed both as Senior In-House and Outside
Counsel, he has assisted in the development and launch of virtually hundreds of new products into the mass, club, food supplements,
OTC and health food industries. His expertise includes Food Law, Human Resources, Regulatory
Compliance, Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Contract Compliance, Board, and Corporate Maintenance.
As a
graduate of Loyola University of Los Angeles with a major in Economics in 1972, and a law degree also from Loyola in 1976,
he has combined his experience in business with knowledge of food law towards the commercialization of new products &
strategic planning. Developing a niche specialty in producing quality products and strategic placements in nearly all segments
of the food business, his experience and team mentality are considered unique to business lawyers working in the food &
